Upon completion of the inspection, a computerized Inspection Report with digital pictures of items of interest is printed on site and presented in the Pillar To Post® Inspection Report Binder, which also includes a seasonal maintenance checklist, home file system for important papers/receipts and a Home Depot Home Repair CD-Rom. Reports can also be emailed, shipped or faxed.

Ready For Sale Inspections for Sellers:
In preparation for listing a home for sale, the professional home inspector will visually examine the readily accessible systems and components of a home. He operates those systems and components utilizing industry Standards of Practice. The owner is encouraged to attend the entire inspection. Areas to be inspected include:

New Construction Inspection:
Completed during the construction process, this inspection is a visual examination of all accessible areas of a residential house by a qualified professional home inspector, which is designed to identify observed material defects in the major component groups. These inspections are performed in phases, with reports issued at the completion of each inspection phase. The client is encouraged to attend each phase of the inspection. Typically three phase inspections are performed:
- Footer/foundation/drainage inspection performed before the foundation hole is filled.
- Mechanical rough in inspection, and pre drywall
- Final phase is a home inspection that includes: Property & Site, Exterior & Garage, Roof & Attic, Basement/Structure, Heating/Cooling systems, Plumbing Systems, Electrical Systems, bathrooms and fixtures, kitchen and appliances, and all living spaces.
Upon completion of the inspection, a computerized Inspection Report with digital pictures of defects is printed on site and inserted into the Pillar To Post® inspection report binder. It can also be emailed, shipped or faxed.
Wood Destroying Inspection:
A visual inspection of accessible areas for active or evidence of past infestation of wood destroying organisms, including termites and wood rot will be completed. This service can be requested at time of booking inspection and will be conducted at the same time as the visual inspection. The findings will be included in the inspection report binder.
Re-Inspection:
A visual examination of areas to be determined by the client designed to evaluate whether issues identified during the original inspection have been completed in a satisfactory manner. A re-inspection report will be issued at the conclusion of the re-inspection.
